The 2026 Growth Conference takes place Oct. 16–17, bringing together collision industry professionals for two days of speakers, strategic discussions and networking focused on business growth, leadership and performance.
Friday’s program features Domenic Ieraci’s Breakaway: Leading the Future of Collision Care, a keynote from Jesse Lipscombe on turning momentum into mastery and a featured session with Cole Strandberg on organic growth. Attendees can also take part in a strategic panel discussion and a leadership session focused on Simplicity’s next chapter. The day concludes with a trade show.
Saturday opens with the Growth Excursion, followed by sessions on people, process and performance, a top performers panel and a keynote from Colin Angus on increasing personal potential. The conference wraps up with closing remarks before the Growth Conference Awards Gala, themed Trick or Treat, Then Take the Trophy, followed by a DJ and live entertainment.
