The Women’s Industry Network is encouraging collision repair professionals to speak up and take a seat at the table.
“Talk to yourself, don’t listen to yourself,” Wheeler-Mislang said in a LinkedIn post announcing her appearance at WIN’s 2026 Virtual Conference. “Sit at the table. Your voice belongs there.”
Nell Wheeler-Mislang, market sales manager at Axalta Coating Systems, will be a featured speaker.
Wheeler-Mislang has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive refinish industry. Her career has included automotive colour development, collaboration with vehicle manufacturers and sales leadership roles across Canada.
She began her career in environmental science before joining DuPont’s automotive colour development laboratory. There, she helped develop new model-year vehicle colours for manufacturers across North America.
WIN also highlighted Wheeler-Mislang’s experience building her career while raising a young family and working in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
