Toronto, Ontario -- The Women’s Industry Network is unveiling the full agenda and speaker lineup for its inaugural virtual conference, being held online October 9–10, 2025.

The two-day event, running from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST, is designed for those who could not attend WIN’s Orlando gathering earlier this year — and anyone eager for more. Attendees will connect, share inspiration and hear directly from collision repair industry leaders, with sessions covering emerging technologies, leadership and practical tools to drive business and career growth.

Day one, themed “The Magic of Innovation,” opens with a keynote by Lauren Kolak, director of OEM business development at CCC Intelligent Solutions, who will examine how the evolving U.S. car parc is reshaping claims and repairs.

Later, Mary Mahoney, Michelle Sullivan, Cheryl Boswell and Sandee Lindorfer will share their experiences during “Women Driving Innovation -– Stories from Tech Leaders.”

Breakout sessions follow, led by Taylor Moss on AI tools for operations, Kurt Fenzel and Olivia Peterson on EV repair considerations, and Kristen Felder on repairable claims.

Day two, “Turning Innovation into Impact,” begins with a keynote titled “Driving Change” from Sabrina Thring, brand president of collision group at Driven Brands.

Thring oversees more than 1,000 franchised locations, is known for building high-performance teams and driving strategic growth.

Also on the agenda is Ashley Veisz, senior vice-president of operations excellence at Safelite, who will discuss auto glass complexity and service requirements. Liz Terrance, senior content and creative manager at Caliber, will share strategies for maximizing LinkedIn. Sheryl Driggers, coach and speaker for Collision Advice, will offer practical insights on creating clarity, connection and culture in evolving workplaces.

WIN is a volunteer-run professional organization that supports women in the collision repair industry through education, networking, and scholarships. Its members represent all sectors of the industry, from repair facilities to insurers.
