Sep 24th, 2026Sep 26th, 2026

The Automotive Aftermarket Repair Organization of Canada (AARO) will host its inaugural TechX Summit Sept. 24–26 in Mississauga, Ont., bringing three days of technical training focused on emerging vehicle technologies.

The event will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport West/Mississauga and is designed to provide technicians, shop owners, apprentices, service advisors and educators with advanced, hands-on training.

Training will address areas including advanced diagnostics, electric vehicles, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), thermal management and vehicle network communications. The program is aimed at helping automotive professionals keep pace with increasingly complex vehicle systems and apply new diagnostic and repair knowledge in the shop.

The summit will bring together technical trainers for classroom and practical instruction, with sessions covering emerging technologies and increasingly complex repair challenges. AARO has positioned the event as a national training initiative for independent automotive repair facilities.

Registration is available for individual days, a Thursday-Friday bundle or a three-day pass. Individual-day pricing is listed at $299 for Thursday or Friday and $200 for Saturday, while the three-day pass is $699.

AARO’s event listing shows the summit running from 8 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, through 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26.
