Pfaff Autoworks has been named as BMW’s top-performing certified collision repair centre in Canada, finishing first out of 69 shops evaluated in the automaker’s national program.
The Markham, Ont.-based shop, led by Jeff Pabst, took the top spot in BMW’s Certified Collision Repair Centre rankings, which measure performance across metrics such as customer satisfaction and operational standards. The results were announced at an awards event in Palm Springs last week.
A second ceremony -- to be held at the Markham facility on April 23 -- was post "We have postponed [the ceremony] as the trophy hasn't shown up yet," Pabst told Collision Repair.
Several other Canadian facilities also placed in the national standings. No. 1 Collision Group’s Richmond location, led by Scott Walker, Murphy Tarver and Billy Christensen, finished second.
European Autobody, led by Manuel Deluca, placed fourth, while Modern Autobody, led by Dean Wetzlaugk and Gurdeep Dhaliwal, finished fifth.
