Early bird registration for the IBIS Global Summit 2026 closes April 17, as organizers encourage collision repair leaders to confirm attendance ahead of the June event in Vienna.

The summit, scheduled for June 16–18, will bring together global decision-makers, innovators and industry stakeholders for two days of discussion and networking under the theme connecting changemakers.

According to the provisional agenda, the event will open with a focus on consolidation and scale in the global collision repair market, including the role of private equity and the strategic decisions shaping the industry through 2030. Additional sessions will examine the growing influence of artificial intelligence, automation and software-led repair models, alongside discussions on rising repair costs, insurability and the long-term sustainability of current business frameworks.

Leadership will also be a key theme, with programming exploring how industry executives can navigate volatility and uncertainty, followed by interactive roundtables and rapid-fire discussions aimed at surfacing new ideas and priorities from across the global market.

The summit will include multiple networking opportunities, including breakout sessions, receptions and informal discussions, with a final day dedicated to speaker-led exchanges and closing remarks.

Following the April 17 deadline, standard registration pricing will apply. Organizers note the agenda remains provisional, with updates expected ahead of the June event.
