Excellence Auto Collision – Midwest has been named shop of the year for Canada within Lucid Motors’ certified collision repair network.
"Its awesome," says Kyle Rice, lead repair planner at Excellence Auto Collision. "To get that kind of recognition at an event with peers from across North America was really exciting for us."
The Toronto facility's recognition was announced during the 2026 Lucid Motors Body Repair Network Conference in New Orleans, an invitation-only event for members of the automaker’s certified repair program. Excellence Auto Collision is part of the ACX network.
In a social media post Mark Millson, director of operations at Excellence Auto Collision, he wrote the award was a reflection of “our incredible team, whose dedication and commitment to quality allow us to continually go above and beyond for our customers and business partners.”
Following the award, Millson also shared some of the secrets behind the facility's success during a shop peer panel at the conference.
“This award is more than just a trophy, it’s a stamp of approval from Lucid, confirming that our team delivers the highest global standards for safety and precision,” ACX officials wrote in a social media post.
