The Women’s Industry Network has announced the recipients of its 2026 Most Influential Women awards.
This year’s honourees are Angie Babin, vice-president of OEM partnerships and strategy at Caliber Collision, Brandi Brydges, director of operations at ACX (AutoCanada Collision Centres), Jeanne Esquivel, North American business development and customer delivery technology leader at Entegral, powered by Enterprise Mobility and Kena Dacus, shop owner of Dacus Auto Body & Collision Repair.
The announcement coincides with International Women’s Day, celebrated March 8.
The four recipients will be formally recognized at a gala during the 2026 WIN Annual Conference, scheduled for May 4–6 at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tucson. This year’s conference theme is “Empowering Excellence – 20 Years of Driving Change and Building Leadership.”
Established in 1999, the Most Influential Women honour recognizes women whose leadership, vision and commitment to excellence have enriched the collision repair industry. Recipients are selected by an independent committee of industry professionals who review nominations and evaluate candidates based on industry influence, professional accomplishments, mentorship and community service.
“The Most Influential Women awards by WIN are the pinnacle of the collision repair industry,” noted Jenny Anderson, MIW committee chair. “Our recipients are not only honored for their commitment and industry successes, but just as important, for their professional accomplishments, mentoring new and younger collision repair practitioners, and serving in many ways to better their own communities.”
Conference registration is now open. Along with recognizing the 2026 MIW recipients, the event will feature three days of industry learning, mentorship opportunities and activities, including scholarship recognition and fundraising initiatives supporting women pursuing careers in collision repair.
