
In the lead-up to International Women’s Day, Media Matters is highlighting the women across its organization whose work supports the company’s publications, partnerships and day-to-day operations. From editorial and design to sales, marketing and industry relations, these team members play an integral role in delivering content, managing client relationships and ensuring advertising programs meet their objectives.
This series aims to recognize their professional achievements, industry experience and the leadership they bring to the collision repair community.
Next in the series are Natalie, Dayna and Cassie, the media team at Media Matters. Working across digital marketing, media strategy and audience engagement, the trio help expand the reach of the company’s publications while supporting clients through thoughtful campaigns and online storytelling. Their work plays an important role in connecting the collision repair industry with readers across a range of platforms.
Dayna Dicuangco
As Media Production Specialist at Media Matters, Dayna Dicuangco brings promotional campaigns and event coverage to life through her skills in audio and video editing, as well as motion design. She helps create engaging content for audiences across Media Matters’ social media platforms. After beginning her journey at the company as an intern, she transitioned into a part-time role following her graduation in 2024. She values the opportunity to continue growing and appreciates working alongside such a supportive and talented team.

Cassie Doyle
As the Digital Production Manager Cassie looks after the online world of Media Matters. From working on developing new aspects on the websites, to coming up with innovative digital solutions or setting up advertising campaigns she is involved in a little bit of everything. Cassie is a graduate of the Contemporary Web Design program at Durham College and has a Bachelors Degree in Business and Psychology from Trent University in Peterborough Ontario. She has enjoyed working with such a broad range of colleagues over the years and has made some meaningful lasting friendships.

Natalie Dinh
As part of the Media Matters team, Natalie focuses on digital marketing, content strategy and building engaged online communities. Her work centres on turning ideas into campaigns, from optimizing newsletters and growing LinkedIn engagement to strengthening brand visibility through thoughtful, data-informed storytelling. By blending creativity with analytics, she helps ensure the company’s digital platforms connect meaningfully with readers and industry partners.
She enjoys the fast-paced nature of digital communication and the opportunity to continuously refine strategies that support audience growth and engagement.

Outside of work, Natalie loves to travel and explore new places. Whether planning her next trip or experiencing different cultures, she finds that travel fuels the curiosity and perspective she brings into her work each day.
