Toronto, Ontario -- IAA, a global digital marketplace for total-loss and damaged vehicles headquartered near Chicago, has opened a new Montreal West branch in St. Eustache, adding capacity and support for vehicle buyers and sellers across Quebec.
The facility sits on a 24-hectare (60-acre) property and includes three purpose-built buildings, expanded storage and additional service areas intended to support growing client partnerships.
“Our Montreal West facility represents an important step forward for our operations in Quebec,” said Blair Earle, IAA managing director for Canada. “The investment reflects our commitment to building strong customer relationships, supporting remarketing needs in a growing market and delivering the quality service buyers and sellers expect from IAA.”
The branch offers a full range of IAA services, including a Drop Zone and Night Drop area that can hold up to 150 vehicles, a loading zone that can service as many as 10 tow trucks at once and interior storage for high-end vehicles and motorcycles. The site also features eight covered garage doors for inspections and a wash bay equipped to service multiple units simultaneously.
The branch is managed by Magdalena Demydczuk, who has held leadership roles within IAA’s Quebec operations with experience in fleet coordination and customer support in the vehicle auction and remarketing sector. In 2023, she was recognized by the Women & Automotive: Profiles in Leadership, an initiative by Cherokee Media Group that highlights women advancing the Canadian automotive industry.
IAA operates in more than 170 countries and provides online bidding, merchandising tools and services designed to help sellers maximize returns and shorten sales cycles.
