The Rosanova family has opened a new collision repair facility in north Edmonton, expanding a multi-generation automotive business and adding capacity to serve increasingly complex vehicles.
The shop, Fix Auto Edmonton Northgate, began operations April 29 under the Fix Network banner. It is the latest addition to a group of repair operations led by Mike Rosanova, whose family has worked in the sector for more than three generations.
The business traces its origins to founder Otto Rosanova and was later operated by his son Albert. It now includes multiple collision repair facilities and a Speedy Auto Service location focused on mechanical work. Mike Rosanova’s brother, Max, works within the operation as a journeyman collision repair technician.
The new site is equipped with OEM-certified equipment and updated infrastructure designed to handle current vehicle repair requirements, including advanced materials and systems.
“For me, building on my family’s legacy has always meant more than running a business. It’s about growing, adapting and delivering the best possible care for our customers,” Mike Rosanova said. “By expanding our service offering and investing in the latest repair technology, we make it easier for Edmonton drivers to trust us with all their vehicle needs.”
The family is also preparing to open a location under the NOVUS Glass banner, which would add glass repair and replacement to its existing collision and mechanical services.
Chris Peterson, regional vice-president for Western Canada at Fix Network, said the expansion reflects continued demand for integrated automotive repair services in the Edmonton market.
“Mike Rosanova and his family are industry leaders with a vision for integrated, customer-focused auto care,” said Chris Peterson, regional vice-president for Western Canada at the Fix Network.
“With the new Fix Auto Edmonton Northgate location, the Rosanova family continues to deliver convenience and quality for Edmonton drivers. We are proud to support their ongoing growth and service in the market.”
