The Women's Industry Network (WIN) will host a technical webinar on June 9 at 5 p.m. EST focused on glue pull repair (GPR) techniques and workforce development in the collision repair industry.
The session, Shop Talk with Cassandra Thibeault, will explore modern collision repair methods using GPR while offering practical insights for technicians entering the trade. According to WIN, the webinar will cover lessons learned in the field and guidance for developing technical skills in today's repair environment.
The webinar is aimed at students, early-career technicians, educators and multi-shop organization training and development teams seeking to support workforce development and skills training.
Thibeault is a collision repair technician based in Manchester, Conn. Since 2017, she has worked in a variety of repair facilities and has become an advocate for promoting career opportunities in the collision repair industry and mentoring the next generation of technicians.
