
Toronto, Ontario -- The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association is tackling the uncertain role of autonomous AI technology in the collision repair sector.
The organization is hosting a webinar, AI in the Customer Experience: Applications of agentic AI in collision claims on Wednesday, June 19, at 2 p.m. EST. Agentic AI refers to artificial intelligence systems that can take actions based on its own decisions without human oversight.
The hour-long broadcast will explore the evolving role of artificial intelligence in the collision repair and insurance industries, with a focus on how agentic AI is shaping customer experience.
Attendees will hear from two industry leaders: Abhijeet Gulati (pictured left), senior director of AI and machine learning engineering at Mitchell, and Gaurav Mendiratta (pictured right), chief executive officer of AI software at the marketing firm SocioSquares and chief product officer at Propel, an SAAS company.
The webinar will cover the latest developments in AI, how agentic systems can be leveraged to improve customer service, the risks associated with AI adoption and strategies for building trust in emerging technologies.
Gulati has more than 20 years of experience in wireless, software, insurance and AI. He has also led enterprise-scale solutions for Mitchell and Enlyte.
Mendiratta has helped advance AI integration in digital platforms since 2015. At SocioSquares and Propel, he has led the development of customer-focused AI tools and marketing strategies.
