Toronto, Ontario -- The Motor Vehicle Retailers of Ontario is partnering with a Canadian artificial intelligence revenue platform provider to bring bots into Ontario's dealerships.
The partnership with FliteHouse, an Ontario-based technology company, will allow the association to adopt AI-powered agents at its member dealerships across the province.
These AI agents can conduct everything from lead generation and appointment booking to follow-ups and performance analytics with minimal human overhead. The custom-built bots can handle inbound and outbound lead triage, book sales appointments, manage service drive scheduling and follow-ups, update CRMs and generate reports and process leads by mimicking live customer interactions.
The software partnership will also provide dealers with real-time dashboards and analytics to provide performance visibility across sales, service and lead-conversion metrics, helping teams make data-driven decisions .
The Motor Vehicle Retailers of Ontario, formerly the Trillium Automobile Dealers Association, is a trade association representing new car and truck dealers in Ontario. It includes more than 1,000 franchised dealer members, many of which operate on-site collision repair facilities.
