Toronto, Ontario – Snapsheet has announced a strategic partnership with CrashBay with the goal of enhancing efficiency and transparency in the claims and repair process for auto insurers.

Notably, according to a recent press release, this collaboration will bring together Snapsheets' cloud-based claims management system with CrashBay’s marketplace for auto repair in order to help provide insurers with an integrated system that aims to streamline workflow from claims initiation to repair completion.

Additionally, the press release further notes that the potential benefits of this partnership include:

  • Shop recommendations based on location, availability and specialization to ensure efficient repair assignments
  • The integration between Snapsheet and CrashBay in order to reduce manual processes and speed up claims resolution
  • Real-time tracking and communication
