Associate Vice President Sales and Operations
Matthew Mauro serves as Fix Network’s Associate Vice President of Sales and Operations for Ontario and West. With over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, Matthew has quickly made an impact within the Fix family by leveraging his expertise and leadership to enhance operational and sales activities across the region. Prior to joining Fix Network, Matthew held the role of Director of National Sales - Insurance Partnerships at Driven Brands, where he excelled at building strong relationships, driving strategy, and delivering measurable results.
At Fix Network, Matthew’s focus is on managing key partner relationships, optimizing resources to drive performance, and developing strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals. He collaborates closely with the operations team to meet insurance and client expectations, ensuring service provider performance achieves critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, he is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence through training and development programs, solidifying Fix Network’s reputation for industry-leading standards. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Niagara College. His proven track record in sales, customer satisfaction, and operational management positions him as a dynamic leader who continues to drive success for Fix Network.

Mustafa’s diverse background and comprehensive expertise make him the ideal leader to advance operational excellence and innovation across the network. With a career that began in research and statistics, Mustafa’s strong analytical foundation has shaped his approach to business strategy. Over the years, he has held multiple roles, including working in sales, leading on the image desk, and even operating as a shop owner—giving him firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities within auto repair and service operations.
In his new role, Mustafa is responsible for developing directives and initiatives that help operations teams deliver impactful business improvement programs for franchise partners. He collaborates with departments to identify and analyze key performance indicators, provide actionable insights, and consistently exceed Insurance Partners’ KPIs and expectations. Mustafa’s leadership is defined by data-driven excellence and his ability to implement strategies that drive superior performance and business growth. Mustafa’s unique blend of analytical skills and real-world operational experience positions him as an invaluable asset to Fix Network.
