The 2026 MSO Symposium will bring senior executives from major collision repair organizations and industry suppliers together for three panel discussions in Las Vegas on Nov. 2.

The 15th annual event will examine growth strategies amid changing market conditions, the business applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and the decisions facing the industry’s largest multi-shop operators (MSOs).

The first panel, Navigating Revenue and Growth Amid a Changing Market, will explore how collision repair organizations are adapting as claim frequency declines and total loss rates rise. Representatives from Certified Collision Group, CollisionRight, Puget Collision and Quality Collision Group will discuss strategies for navigating these conditions.

Following a networking luncheon sponsored by PPG, Jim Kessler, CEO of RB Global; Mario Rizzo, COO and APD at Allstate; and Tim Welsh, president of CCC Intelligent Solutions, will discuss how AI is being used in business, the impact it has had and where companies may direct future investment.

“The MSO Symposium serves as a critical platform for industry leaders to examine these evolving dynamics, gain insight from industry leading experts, and explore the innovations that will define the future of collision repair,” said Dan Risley, senior vice-president of sales and development at CCC Intelligent Solutions and the event’s conference moderator.

The final panel, The Four Aces, will feature the CEOs of Boyd Group, Caliber, Classic Collision and Crash Champions. The discussion will cover acquisition and expansion strategies, labour and capacity challenges, AI, capital deployment and other decisions shaping the next phase of growth for large collision repair organizations.

Brian Kaner, CEO of Boyd Group Services and the 2025 MSO Symposium conference emcee, will return to participate in the event.

“The collision repair landscape is evolving at an unprecedented pace, driven by technological transformation, workforce shifts, and changing market dynamics,” Kaner said. “I’m honored to return to the MSO Symposium to join this critical conversation.”
