Ottawa, Ontario -- The Women Driven series is set to hold two events this month, with sessions in Ottawa on Sept. 18 and London, Ontario on Sept. 24.

The Ottawa gathering, scheduled for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Canadian Museum of Nature, will feature a keynote titled Unapologetically Me: Harnessing the Power of Your Personality Type. Attendees will also hear a leadership panel addressing findings from the Motor Vehicle Retailers of Ontario (MVRO) and Deloitte’s Engaging Employee Survey, including mentorship, work-life balance and representation in the workplace.

In London, the event will take place in the evening at The Factory and include a guest leadership speaker, a career panel of women in automotive, and networking opportunities.

Tickets are $150 plus HST, covering food and beverages. Proceeds go toward Women Driven’s scholarship fund, which supports the next generation of leaders in the automotive sector.

Created by MVRO, the association representing new car and truck retailers across Ontario, Women Driven is designed to amplify women to thrive in their automotive careers while cultivating a community of inspiration, innovation, inclusiveness and equity.

Women Driven combines in-person events with professional resources, a dedicated magazine and an annual awards program. The awards highlight leadership and innovation across the industry, recognizing areas such as executive achievement, community involvement and efforts promoting diversity and inclusion. All genders are invited to participate, with a focus on building community and professional growth across the industry.
