Callander, Ontario -- The Women's Industry Network is inviting members and prospective members to a meet and greet event in Calgary on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
The organization describes the event as a chance for collision repair professionals to “connect, network and engage with fellow members in a relaxed setting.” Food, drinks and light conversation will be on offer, with no charge for entry, complimentary appetizers and a cash bar available.
The gathering will run from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Botanicus Lounge in the Westin Calgary Airport Hotel.
WIN, an all-volunteer network, aims to enhance the role of women in the collision repair industry by fostering education, professional advancement and networking across repair facilities, suppliers, insurers and technology providers.
“Whether you’re new to the WIN community or exploring ways to expand your professional network, this is a fantastic way to meet other female collision repair leaders, share ideas and strengthen connections while learning more about the expansion of WIN throughout Canada,” said WIN Canada co-chairs Janette Tooley and Ritu Shannon.
In a social media post promoting the event, WIN Canada noted that “everyone is welcome” and encouraged attendees to register by September 16 through the organization’s website. The post described the evening as “a fantastic opportunity to network, share ideas, and strengthen connections with the WIN community.”
The Meet & Greet will take place immediately before the Canadian Collision Industry Forum’s opening reception at the same hotel later that evening, giving participants the option to carry connections from one event directly into another.
