The Women’s Industry Network held its 2026 annual conference May 4 to 6 at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tucson, Ariz.
The conference marked the 20th anniversary of the event. The anniversary was celebrated in the event's official theme -- Empowering excellence: 20 Years of Driving Change and Building Leadership.
“We’re still reflecting on the impact of the WIN Conference last week,” WIN officials wrote in a public post after the event. “From insightful discussions to meaningful connections, it was a valuable experience for everyone involved.”
During the event WIN awarded $7,500 through the Northern Star program to 10 Canadian students and apprentices in collision repair programs. Three female apprentices from ACX were among those who received Northern Star scholarships during the conference.
“ACX was honoured to take part in the 20th anniversary of the Women’s Industry Network (WIN) Conference,” ACX officials wrote in a public post. “ACX was proud to have three of our female apprentices receive Northern Star scholarships, which were given out during the event.”
ACX director of operations Brandi Brydges was also named one of WIN’s 2026 Most Influential Women. She was recognized alongside Angie Babin, vice-president of OEM partnerships and strategy at Caliber Collision; Kena Dacus, shop owner of Dacus Auto Body & Collision Repair and Jeanne Esquivel, North American business development and customer delivery technology leader at Entegral, powered by Enterprise Mobility.
WIN awarded more than $50,000 in scholarship funding and tool kits to 39 collision repair students across its 2026 scholarship programs.
