Performance Group Meeting: Lift Auto Group unites in Kelowna

Lag2

The Lift Auto Group held its annual Performance Group meeting in Kelowna, B.C., from May 11 to May 13.

The event included leaders from across Lift Auto Group’s network and focused on sharing insights, best practices and ways to strengthen operational performance at the company’s locations.

This year’s meeting featured an interactive business case study challenge. Before the event, managers were divided into small groups and assigned a fictional collision repair facility case study. Teams reviewed the business, identified areas for improvement and developed recommendations aimed at strengthening performance and profitability.

During the meeting, each group presented its findings. The top three teams were selected to present to all attendees and awards were presented for the strongest presentations.

Acoat Selected, AkzoNobel’s business development program, also hosted performance group sessions with each region during the event. The sessions focused on reviewing goals, analyzing financial performance and helping managers set new goals for the year ahead.

Lift Auto Group also recognized high-performing locations across its network, presenting awards for the most improved and top performing collision repair centres based on scores across key operational categories.

The meeting also included networking activities outside the business sessions, including golf at Gallagher’s Canyon Golf Club and bowling, cocktails and food at BNA Brewing. The event concluded with an awards breakfast before managers returned to their communities across Canada.

Lift Auto Group acknowledged event sponsors 3M, AkzoNobel, APT, Brown’s Auto Supply, Caruk & Associates, Color Compass Corporation, Pro Spot, Simply Safe and Uniparts.

Based in Kelowna, Lift Auto Group operates in partnership with CSN Collision. The company owns and operates 68 locations across British Columbia, Yukon, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario, with plans for continued expansion across Canada.
