Repair Software: OEC strikes three-company deal

Wins

The technology provider behind Collisionlink has signed a deal to acquire three European fleet and repair software businesses.

Ohio-based OEC has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Epyx, R2C Online and Business Gateway from payments company Corpay.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

OEC provides parts and repair technology used by collision repair facilities and dealerships, including Collisionlink. The platform is used by more than 2,000 Canadian shops and 1,300 dealers.

The three companies provide software for service, maintenance and repair management, workshop operations and commercial fleet compliance in the UK and Europe.

Epyx operates 1link Service Network, which was processing almost 20,000 repair and maintenance job sheets a day for fleets representing 4.9 million vehicles as of 2025. More than 8,500 repair suppliers were connected to the platform.

“Epyx has built deep, long-standing relationships across the fleet and garage network ecosystem in the UK and Europe,” OEC CEO Patrick Brown said.

“Bringing our organizations together reflects a shared commitment to the fleet and aftersales industry, and to the technology that keeps vehicles on the road.”

Aditya Varadpande, managing director of Epyx, R2C Online and Business Gateway, said the businesses have spent more than two decades building technology and relationships with fleets and repair businesses.

“Joining OEC reflects a strong strategic fit between organizations that share a deep commitment to the fleet and aftersales industry,” Varadpande said.
