The Women’s Industry Network is reporting early momentum in its 2026 sponsorship campaign, with nearly 70 per cent of prior sponsors already renewed and three companies committing at the organization’s highest funding tier.
“The WIN Sponsorship Committee kicked off the 2026 sponsorship campaign late last year and we’re thrilled with the progress we’ve seen in just a few months,” stated Jessica Rob. The campaign has also added six new sponsors, alongside Diamond-level commitments from The Boyd Group, Caliber and OEC.
The 2026 drive represents the first time the network has secured three Diamond sponsors, its top sponsorship classification. Sponsor funding supports the organization’s core programming, including scholarships, educational conferences, webinars and recognition initiatives focused on advancing women across the collision repair sector.
The Diamond sponsorship tier was revised for 2026 to include two participation models. The Diamond Traditional option provides unlimited WIN memberships throughout a sponsor’s organization. The Diamond Flex option allows for up to 200 memberships that can be used internally or extended to partners and customers.
Industry executives linked their Diamond-level involvement to workforce development priorities.
“At The Boyd Group, we’re proud to deepen our partnership with the Women’s Industry Network with our Diamond-level sponsorship,” stated Brian Kaner, who cited alignment with the company’s focus on attracting and developing talent.
WIN’s sponsorship program remains a primary funding source for the organization’s year-round activities. Rob noted changing workplace expectations continue to shape employer participation, particularly as companies seek additional professional development and engagement opportunities.
