Welcomes of the Week: CARSTAR expands footprint in Winnipeg, opens new downtown location

Winnipeg, Manitoba — CARSTAR has announced the official opening of CARSTAR Winnipeg Downtown, located at 52 Austin St in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

CARSTAR Winnipeg Downtown is located in the heart of the city, near Fort Douglas Park and the Red River. At 10,000 square feet, the facility holds an I-CAR Platinum certification and is equipped to handle repairs from all makes and models, glass replacement, paintless dent repair, fleet work and Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) repairs.

Co-owners Skye Grexton, Dan Jonsson and Jim Bethune joined CARSTAR in 1998 and have since grown their operations to nine locations: CARSTAR Stonewall, CARSTAR Winnipeg Chevrier, CARSTAR Winnipeg Henderson, CARSTAR Winnipeg Fife, CARSTAR Winnipeg Saskatchewan, CARSTAR Winnipeg St James (Macdonald), CARSTAR Calgary Royal Oaks, CARSTAR Gimli and now CARSTAR Winnipeg Downtown.
