Done Deal: LKQ completes acquisition of Uni-Select

Boucherville, Quebec — LKQ Corporation has completed its acquisition of Uni-Select, the company announced Tuesday morning.

Consideration for the purchased shares of Uni-Select has been remitted as depositary as part of the deal, and will be paid to former shareholders “as soon as reasonably practicable after the date hereof,” wrote LKQ in a press release.

Uni-Select will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange, and has applied to cease to be a reporting issuer in all provinces of Canada, wrote LKQ in a press release.

The acquisition was first announced in February.
