Welcomes of the Week: CSN welcomes two new locations

Toronto, Ontario – CSN Collision Centres would like to welcome the additions of CSN Saint-Léonard and CSN Harold’s to their network.

CSN Saint-Léonard

Patrick Pelletier and his assistant Annie Collin.

CSN Saint-Léonard, located at 6200 Boul Metropolitan Est, Montreal, Quebec, is owned by Jean-Luc Desjardins and is now managed by Patrick Pelletier and his assistant Annie Collin. It will operate under the CSN banner from October 2, 2023.

With a wealth of experience in the body shop field, the management team is aware of industry standards and the expertise required to bring the shop to the cutting-edge of technology.

Director Patrick Pelletier notes that:

“The recruitment of skilled technicians and the rapid evolution of vehicle repair technologies are two major challenges we face in the industry; that’s why we chose to join the CSN brand in order to be an innovative asset in Quebec. Among other advantages, being a member of the CSN network allows us to manage our workshop independently and, if need be, to have the support of other workshops as well as the company.”

Workshop Manager Patrick Pelletier is

proud of his shop in Saint-Léonard, a borough of Montreal with a population of around 80,000. He says the success of the 14,000 sq. ft. facility is
due to excellent customer experience.

“Our customers are not treated like numbers but like humans who have just been through an unpleasant situation. Thanks to our high level of respect for the customer, our discretion and sense of humour, we ensure that the customer leaves the workshop with a perfectly repaired vehicle and a pleasant experience.”

CSN also welcomes CSN Harold’s, a partnership that first began when Harold Fjellstrom started the business in 1973.

Located in Edmonton, the Douglas family, who have been in the collision repair industry since 1974 at CSN Fort Saskatchewan, acquired CSN Harold’s. Dennis and Bennett Douglas bring their wealth of industry experience and knowledge of CSN into managing CSN Harold’s, saying:

“As owners of CSN Fort Saskatchewan, we have been a CSN member since 2013. Being a licensee has provided us with many benefits from networking, SOP best practices, and branding with Canada’s highest-quality collision repairs. That’s what we want to bring to CSN Harold’s.”

General Manager of CSN Harold’s, Mike Crow, is excited to welcome customers to the shop:

“When you come to our facilities, you will not only feel the customer service and high standards of communications of a family-run business, but your vehicle will also be in the best hands with OEM certified technicians, best in class equipment, and group of stores with 99 (almost 100) years in the collision repair business as a testament to their passion for repairing vehicles right the first time.”

The father and son team, Dennis and Bennett, believe in quality, integrity and superior customer service, values which CSN Harold’s has and will continue to demonstrate under its new
management.

Expanding their business to include CSN Harold’s will give them a unique service edge.

“We are a one-stop-shop or group of shops. Being a small multi-shop operator, we have technicians specialized in every type of vehicle and calibration. We also have an automotive
shop in our group of companies that addresses suspension, calibrations, and all automotive  repairs when a specialist automotive technician is required.”

“We have a customer from North-East Edmonton who had a collision, but no Hyundai-certified shop was available for repairs in that area. Our partners towed the vehicle to Fort Saskatchewan; automotive repairs will be completed at the Ok Tire we are affiliated with, and collision repairs will be completed in CSN Fort Saskatchewan by an OEM Hyundai certified technician. Afterwards, this vehicle will be towed to CSN Harold’s in North Edmonton at no additional cost to the insurer and no hassle for the customer, creating a seamless collision repair experience.”

Always invested in their local communities, new owners of CSN Harold’s are firm believers in giving back with participation in local Foodbanks, Families First Society, and Make-A-Wish
foundation by organizing local events.

Collision Repair wishes both locations success in their new ventures.
