Welcomes of the Week: CSN Auto Ralph

Montreal, Quebec — On August 24, CSN officially announced the addition of CSN Auto Ralph as the newest collision centre to join the company’s Canadian network.

The family-owned and operated business, now managed by Harry Tavoukdjian, has been a staple of the Montreal repair industry for more than 40-years. In 2012, Harry made the decision to expand and build a new state-of-the-art shop to better meet and serve his growing clientele’s needs. Taking into consideration that this building would also give him the ability and space needed to work on high-end cars in a more sophisticated environment.

“We’re excited to join CSN at a time when they are growing in Quebec,” Harry said. “The way CSN recruits new shops by only selecting the best from each market is a compliment to how we run our business.

“With years of experience under his belt, Harry is no stranger to the lure of the networks looking to expand their footprint in the marketplace. The spread of consolidation within the industry shows no signs of slowing but the value that most repairers are looking for is exactly what sold him on CSN as the right path forward. “CSN doesn’t impose itself or take charge of your business and as an owner I have the freedom to continue to take care of our customers the way that we want,” Harry said.

CSN Auto Ralph is heavily involved in community activity. Contributing to the Starlight Children’s Foundation and being an annual sponsor of the Drive for Smiles campaigns are just two of the ways they engage with their neighbours outside of the shop. A seamless fit in the network, holding the same values as CSN when it comes to treating customers like family and giving back to the people that live in their service area.

“Harry and his staff are well-respected members of their community, and they take a lot of pride in being trusted by their customers and returning their vehicles like-new,” said Charles Boivin, CSN Sales Manager for Quebec. “They are exactly the type of shop we want to work with, and the community of Montreal will benefit from the combination of CSN’s corporate support and Harry’s team of high-quality repair professionals.”
