Toronto, Ontario -- Valspar Automotive has selected 12 vehicle builds to appear in its 2026 Automotive Calendar, recognizing restoration and customization work completed using Valspar brand refinish products.

The calendar’s cover features a 1966 GMC Suburban restored by Lyon McClenahan of Finish Line Speed Shop in Ellensburg, Washington. McClenahan’s shop also appears in the March slot with a 1967 GMC C-30.

“When we’re building … there’s no room to compromise,” says McClenahan. “We need paint that’s reliable, easy to work with, and looks amazing under both shop lights and big show spotlights. Valspar laid down beautifully, gave us great color accuracy [and] has the kind of depth and durability we can trust.”

According to the company, the selected vehicles were finished using Valspar Automotive products, including DeBeer Refinish, House of Kolor, Matrix Edge, ProSpray Finishes and Valspar Refinish. The calendar includes classic, custom and muscle cars, street rods, pick-ups and motorcycles.

“Some of the country’s most renowned refinishers are showing off their finest work in this 2026 calendar,” says T. J. Amabile, vice-president of sales at Valspar Automotive Finishes.

Among the featured builds is a 1967 Pontiac Beaumont restored by Braydon Karst of Saskatoon, Sask., which appears in the May slot.
