Hunter Engineering is integrating its alignment and tire tread inspection results from Hunter’s Quick Check Drive autonomous inspection system into AutoNetTV’s digital monitors at service facilities, as announced in the company’s press release on June 1.

Service centres’ HunterNet custom portal accounts will be connected directly to AutoNetTV’s media platform, enabling real-time scan results, such as alignment readings and tire tread wear measurements, to appear immediately on AutoNetTV’s in-store display system.

According to the company, its Flightboard monitor is designed to solve customer uncertainty, one of the greatest challenges in tire and alignment sales.

“Customers trust what they can see,” said Bobby Cannon, chief revenue officer at AutoNetTV, in the press release. “Hunter provides the scan data, and AutoNetTV provides the education that helps vehicle owners understand what the results mean. Together, this creates unmatched transparency, faster service approvals and greater customer satisfaction.”

The display includes award-winning AutoNetTV car care videos on tire and wheel service needs, branded messaging customized to each service centre, easily understood dynamic alignment and tire tread scan results, vehicle make/model identification and license plate photo and rotating tire and alignment service menus with pricing.

“Pairing highly visual and real-time alignment and tread results with educational videos about the importance of maintaining your vehicle is a powerful conversation starter for advisors discussing vehicle undercar services with customers,” said Mike Brecht, inspection and HunterNet product manager, in the press release.

Hunter and AutoNetTV’s integration helps service centres reinforce professionalism, increase engagement and improve customer decision-making through clarity and trust, according to the press release. The Hunter Flightboard is available for AutoNetTV customers as a monthly subscription. No long-term contract is required.
