Rondex to hold customer service training session

Winnipeg, Manitoba — January 13, 2016 — Rondex has announced it hold a training seminar specific to collision repair customer service representatives. The course was developed by Axalta Coating Systems. 

The course will take place at Delta Winnipeg Hotel in Winnipeg on Saturday, January 30, 2016. The training lasts a full day, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“The seminar will be taught using a professional student guided learning model and will be highly interactive,” says Darrin Jorowski of Rondex. “It’s going to be very hands-on to keep attendees engaged with the specific exercises related to the vehicle collision industry.”

Jorowski says the seminar will focus on elements that are key to exceeding the expectations of the end customer and reinforcing a customer-care culture. 

“It’s ideal for customer service reps, estimators and repair planners. It’s also of use to anyone in the general manager or owner role, to help improve their coaching,” says Jorowski.
