Laval, Québec -- The Fix Network Canada has concluded a series of regional meetings across Canada, where franchisees, vendors and staff reviewed performance data and set operational goals for the year ahead.

The sessions focused on training, sales and operations, marketing and IT. The Fix Network vice-presidents answered questions from franchise partners during live panels, and participants examined market dashboards and key performance indicators aimed at improving efficiency and profitability across the network.

Operational playbooks, marketing materials, and training programs were introduced to support consistency across the Fix Network brands.

“Our regional meetings across Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Western Canada, and Quebec were designed to do more than update the network,” said Philippe-André Bisson, director of marketing and communications for the Fix Network Canada. “They delivered data-driven insights and practical tools franchisees can use immediately to optimize performance.”

The meetings also featured a preview of the company’s new global advertising campaign, which includes F1 driver Nico Hulkenberg and Canadian representatives Alexandre Campeau of Fix Auto Quebec and Danilo Gebara of NOVUS Glass corporate operations.

In addition to business updates, attendees raised $77,350 for Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada through live auctions of children’s artwork.

The Fix Network’s next major event will be its national conference, scheduled for May 2026 at Fairmont Banff Springs.
