CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. will host a live webinar May 5 to review findings from its 2026 crash course report and discuss trends affecting the collision repair and insurance sectors.
The webinar, titled crash course live: unpacking trends & answering your questions, is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EDT and will feature senior industry analyst Kyle Krumlauf and casualty industry analyst Erik Bahnsen.
The session will include an overview of key report findings, including changes in claim severity, consumer behaviour and vehicle technology, followed by a live question-and-answer period.
CCC reports the 2026 crash course findings point to a shift toward fewer lower-severity claims and a higher concentration of more complex losses, alongside increasing use of diagnostics and calibrations in repairs.
The webinar will also address trends related to uninsured and underinsured motorists and changes in bodily injury claims.
The event is open to industry stakeholders and will include an opportunity for attendees to submit questions during the session.
