The Women's Industry Network has unveiled the speaker lineup for its 2026 virtual conference, while opening early bird registration for the Sept. 10 and 11 event.

The two-day virtual conference will feature keynote presentations, technical training sessions, leadership discussions and workforce development programming from collision repair professionals across North America.

"Day 1 of the WIN virtual conference is where expertise meets energy. From a powerful opening keynote to hands-on technical breakouts and a refinish deep dive, you'll gain practical skills you can bring back to your shop or team immediately — and end the day connected to new people who get it," said WIN virtual conference chair Leila Hobart.

"The collision repair industry is stronger when we grow together; as such, Day 2 brings the conversations that matter most — about leadership, education, mentorship, and the future we're all building."

Day one, titled Building Excellence Through Skill & Connection, opens with a keynote from Erin Killcoyne-Solis, who will present What Nobody Told Me: Honest Lessons from 28 Years in the Industry, sharing insights on leadership, career development and navigating the collision repair sector.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to choose from technical breakout sessions led by Jason Scharton on structural adhesives and hybrid joining operations, Taylor Moss on the use of artificial intelligence in estimating and repair processes and Emma White on glue pull repair techniques.

A featured presentation from Nell Wheeler-Mislang will examine the growing importance of colour expertise and refinish precision as vehicle technology continues to evolve.

The second day, Expanding Excellence Through Strategy & Community, will begin with a keynote and live Q&A from Tifarah Senkow, who will discuss her 20-year career journey from an entry-level role to executive leadership.

Other sessions include a workforce development panel moderated by Micki Woods, a presentation from Jill Tuggle on the role of industry associations and a closing discussion exploring strategies for independent shop growth.

Early bird registration is available until July 10. Two-day registration costs CAD$150 (US$110) for WIN members and CAD$184 (US$135) for non-members before prices increase. One-day registration is available for CAD$108 (US$79) for both members and non-members.
