15th MSO Symposium

Mso1920x1080

The MSO Symposium will return to Las Vegas Nov. 2 for its 15th annual conference, bringing collision repair executives together ahead of the 2026 SEMA and AAPEX shows.

Hosted by the Automotive Service Association, the one-day event will feature presentations and panel discussions focused on issues affecting the multi-shop operator segment, including the economy, industry consolidation, artificial intelligence and the evolving claims environment.

The 2026 program is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. PDT with a light breakfast, followed by the opening presentation at 9 a.m. The event will conclude with a pre-dinner cocktail reception at 5:30 p.m.

Scott Paul, senior vice-president of U.S. Collision Operations for Driven Brands, said the event provides an opportunity for industry executives to exchange information and experiences.

“What makes the MSO Symposium unique is the willingness of people to openly share what they're learning,” Paul said. “The conversations that happen in the hallways, over meals, and between sessions are often just as valuable as the content on stage.”

Paul said he attends the event to learn from industry peers and discuss the challenges facing collision repair businesses.

The MSO Symposium is restricted to qualifying attendees, including employees of multi-shop operators, large independent operators with annual sales of $3 million or more, insurance companies and select vehicle OEMs.

Advance registration is now open. The event is held the day before the 2026 SEMA and AAPEX shows begin.

More information and registration details are available through the MSO Symposium website.
