Bologna, May 28, 2025 -- A European automotive aftermarket event has broken attendance records for Italian conferences by hosting close to 100,000 visitors.
Autopromotec, international automotive equipment and aftermarket product exhibition, concluded its 30th biennial event on May 25 in Bologna, Italy at the BolognaFiere Exhibition Centre. Over the course of the four-day run, the event -- which has run every two years since 1965 -- attracted 97,348 attendees.
“This 30th edition of Autopromotec concluded with record numbers, confirming the centrality of the event for the sector and strengthening its role as a global reference hub for innovation, training, and sustainability,” stated the event’s organizers.
The exhibition hosted 1,692 companies, including 61 represented brands, with 45 percent of exhibitors hailing from outside of Italy. The programming focused on technological innovation, data access, sustainability and the high quality of Italian automotive aftermarket businesses. It also included a seminar schedule rich in events exploring the future of vehicle repair amid ecological transition and digital transformation.
“Autopromotec 2025 ends with extraordinary results,” said Renzo Servadei, chief executive officer of Autopromotec. “The numbers speak for themselves: we are a reference point for the sector at an international level, but what makes us most proud is the quality of our dialogue with operators and their willingness to look to the future together."
