Las Vegas, Nevada – Yesterday, industry leaders and guests attended the MSO Symposium, an annual event directed by many of the most experienced, high-growth executives of the leading Multi-Shop Operations, or MSOs in the automotive collision repair industry.
The event, held at the Mirage Convention Centre, featured a host of content, speakers, and event networking activities. Industry leaders who sat on the MSO Symposium’s advisory board participated in directing the day’s events.
These leaders included executive representatives from large, small, and regional MSOs across North America. Active participants included Caliber Collision Centers, Certified Collision Group (CCG), Classic Collision, Crash Champions, Gerber Collision & Glass, among many others.
Focal points of the event included opportunities to acquire knowledge from field experts on trends and topics that influenced business operations, learn from industry peers, and discover equipment and service offerings made for collision repair business success.
Presentations experienced at this one-day conference were relevant for members of the collision repair industry working within multi-shop operations (MSOs), and independent collision repair facilities, OEM representatives, and insurance professionals.
