CARSTAR Canada is recognizing women across its national network in celebration of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, highlighting their growing impact on the collision repair industry.
“Across the CARSTAR Canada network, we are proud to celebrate the incredible women whose talent, leadership, and commitment continue to move our industry forward,” said Sabrina Thring, president of Driven Brands Collision Group. “Their contributions not only strengthen their teams and enhance the customer experience, but also help pave the way for the next generation of women entering the trades.”
The following individuals are being recognized:
Lise Martin — CARSTAR Grand Falls 
Lise Martin has spent more than 30 years in the automotive industry and two years with CARSTAR Grand Falls. Throughout her career as a warranty clerk and parts and service manager, she has valued the opportunity to learn something new each day. Early in her career, she faced challenges as a woman in a male-dominated field, building confidence and earning respect through knowledge and dedication. She believes women bring patience, empathy and strong multitasking skills to the workplace, helping create better customer experiences.
Nathalie, Andi, Jenna, Carlie, Katie, Kianna and Lynn — CARSTAR Kenora
Lizanne Van Basten-Cuff — CARSTAR Victoria (Pre-Tec
Lizanne Van Basten-Cuff has been part of CARSTAR Victoria (Pre-Tech Collision) for 12 years and credits her colleagues as the best part of her job. She began working in the family-owned business at 19, supporting parts and customer service before becoming an estimator. She approaches her work with confidence and preparation, which she views as key to overcoming challenges in the industry. She values building strong customer relationships and believes women often help customers feel more comfortable discussing vehicle safety and repair decisions.
Tessa Morrison has spent seven years building relationships with fleet partners and customers at CARSTAR Calgary Blackfoot (Shaw). Starting as an internal estimator, she moved into an appraiser role and was recently promoted to assistant manager. Known for her approachable and empathetic style, she works closely with technicians, parts teams and insurance partners to support efficient repairs.
Sadie Clarke — CARSTAR Calgary Deerfoot South 
Sadie Clarke is an autobody technician apprentice who joined CARSTAR Calgary Deerfoot South nine months ago after discovering her interest in the trade in high school. Initially interested in welding, she found she preferred the variety involved in vehicle repair. She credits a supportive workplace environment with helping her continue to develop her skills and believes the industry is becoming more welcoming to women.
Crystal Northcott brings more than 20 years of automotive experience to CARSTAR London Centre (Don Mor), where she has worked for the past year. After studying executive administration, she began her career supplying body shop materials before moving into dealership roles and later the collision repair sector. She values the team environment and believes organization and attention to detail are key strengths women bring to the industry.
Dannielle Lefebvre — CARSTAR Ottawa South Centre (Myers) 
Dannielle Lefebvre has been with CARSTAR Ottawa South Centre (Myers) for nine years. Inspired by her mother’s career, she entered the industry through a high school co-op program and developed a passion for the trade. She continues to learn from colleagues and now supports younger women entering the field as they build skills and confidence.
Jasmine White has worked with CARSTAR Barrhaven (Myers) for 11 years and is part of an all-female management team. With family roots in the automotive industry, she focuses on attention to detail, communication and teamwork. She believes the growing presence of women is helping strengthen teams and inspire future trades professionals.
Bethany Keller — CARSTAR Barrhaven (Myers) 
Bethany Keller joined CARSTAR Barrhaven (Myers) less than a year ago. She began her career as a mechanic after studying in the auto service technician program at Algonquin College and working as an apprentice for four years. After transitioning into autobody work, she found her interest in the paint department, where she focuses on maintaining high standards and precision.
Irène Deschamps plays a key role at CARSTAR Charlesbourg, supporting day-to-day operations by overseeing client files, vendor payments and workflow. She manages a range of responsibilities with a solution-focused approach while balancing work outside the shop, including her role as a nursing instructor.
Amber Kerr — CARSTAR Canada Corporate 
Amber Kerr has spent more than two years supporting the CARSTAR Canada network as an area manager of operations across the Prairie provinces. She began her career as a customer service representative in Manitoba and has held multiple roles across Western Canada, including within CARSTAR locations. She is known for her methodical approach and focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
