Québec City Quebec–September 24 2010–Quebec’s auto recycler association–l’association des Recycleurs de Pièces d’Autos et de Camions au Québec or ARPAC–met last weekend in Québec City to discuss the business from the year behind us and the year ahead. The well-attended conference was held in partnership with the International Roundtable on Auto Recycling which began on the Sunday following the provincial meeting.
