London, United Kingdom — The International Roundtable on Automotive Recycling (IRT) is hosting a webinar on EV battery insights on April 29, where Hans Eric Melin of Circular Energy Storage will delve into details on maximizing EV battery value and sustainability.
“As electric vehicles reach end-of-life, the importance of quality data and smart decision-making in battery management becomes critical,” said the IRT. “Hans Eric Melin will share expert insights on the future of EV batteries and how the auto recycling sector can adapt to maximize value and sustainability.”
Emil Nusbaum of the Automotive Recyclers Association (ARA) will also present the Battery Material Use Hierarchy, developed by the ARA in partnership with the Argonne National Laboratory. This hierarchy offers a strategic framework for ensuring batteries are used to their highest potential.
“Whether you’re in recycling, battery manufacturing or EV policy, this session will provide valuable perspectives across the entire battery ecosystem,” said the IRT.
