Toronto, Ontario — Sonia Bouthillette has been appointed as the next vice-president of sales and operations in Canada for the Fix Network.
In her new role, Bouthillette will lead all Canadian sales and operational activities for its brands: Fix Auto, NOVUS Glass and ProColor Collision. She will report to Steve Leal, president and chief executive officer of the Fix Network.
Bouthillette joined the company in 2009 and most recently served as vice-president of operations for Canada. In that role, she oversaw field support teams, operations, and training initiatives across the country.
She is succeeding Jeff Labanovich. During his tenure in the position, Labanovich played a pivotal role in reinforcing Fix Network’s presence across Canada.
“Jeff played a key role in shaping the strength and stability of our Canadian operations. We’re grateful for his leadership and focus and wish him all the best in his future endeavors,” said Leal in a press release.

Before joining Fix Network, Bouthillette held executive roles in the automotive and franchising sectors. She has experience in process improvement and operational leadership.
Fix Network is a global automotive aftermarket services company with more than 2,000 locations in 20 countries. Its Canadian operations include collision, glass and mechanical repair shops under multiple franchise banners.
