Atlanta, Georgia — Audi of America announced yesterday it has selected DEKRA North America as its partner for the Audi Authorized Collision Repair (AACR) program.

DEKRA will work with the OEM’s authorized collision repair program with a focus on compliance, program management, and reporting. It will also audit new facilities in order to grow the network, said the companies.

“DEKRA will give us a better understanding of how parts are used, repairs are completed, and, ultimately, how we can better serve our customers,” said Mark Allen, Audi’s collision repair program manager.

“Collaboration, transparency, and accountability are at the heart of our partnership with Audi of America,” said Christian Ruecker, General Manager of Automotive Services for DEKRA North America. “The AACR program is one of the best in the industry, and DEKRA will bring improved reporting, validation, and management support to further enhance the offering.”
