The 151 Cleaner Waterborne Cleaner removes light contamination from existing paint films, clean-sanded OEM finishes, most unpainted plastic parts and gel-coated fiberglass.
This cleaner comes ready for use as packaged with no reduction required, needing only a clean towel for wiping on and drying off.
BASF LIMCO also says the 151 Waterborne Cleaner improves the adhesion between paint coats.
