Boyd Group Services Inc. is holding its dividend steady at $0.156 per share.

"[The Boyd Group] today announced a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2026 of C$0.156 per common share. The dividend will be payable on April 28, 2026 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2026," president and CEO Brian Kaner wrote in a statement co-signed by the corporate board that went on to note shareholders aren't residents of Canada will be subject to withholding taxes.

The dividend, payable April 28 to shareholders of record March 31, is unchanged from the previous quarter and marks a pause after several years of small increases.

Boyd has gradually raised its dividend from about $0.141 in 2021 to $0.156 by late 2025, but has now held that level for two consecutive quarters. The company pays dividends every three months. At current levels, it works out to about $0.62 per share annually, or roughly 0.28% of the stock's current value.

The move likely reflects a move to a growth-focused strategy. In recent months, the company has made significant moves to expand its network of collision repair centres and related services across North America.
