What Drivers Want: AIA Canada releases report on service centre preferences

aia

Toronto, Ontario — The Automotive Industry Association of Canada (AIA Canada) has released a new report that dives into how drivers determine who gets dibs on their vehicle’s repairs, the independent or the dealer.

In its press release, AIA Canada says this latest report explores the behaviours of vehicle owners and what variables affect their decision-making after an accident.

Members who download the report will have access to insights on owner attitudes toward dealerships, banners and independent shops, as well as what builds customer loyalty.

This latest report, titled “Dealership vs. Independent: How Canadian Vehicle Owners Choose a Service Provider,” is a part of AIA’s Consumer Behaviour Series and is based on data collected from a survey of Canadian vehicle owners.

The report is available free of charge to AIA Canada members and $199 for non-members.
