Toronto, Ontario -- Telwin SPA is hiring Timothy Morgan (pictured right), a well-known name in the industry, for a key North American operations position.
In a post on LinkedIn, Stefano Spillere (pictured centre), general manager of Telwin, said Morgan was hired because of his familiarity with the collision industry in North America.
“His deep knowledge of the market and his hands-on approach will be a game-changer for our presence in the U.S. and Canada.”
Morgan, who has worked in the collision industry for 40 years, is best known for his long tenure as the chief operating officer of Spanesi Americas — a position he retired from in 2024.
Earlier in his career, he also served as the global director of technical training at Car-O-Liner and as the director of collision repair technologies at Ohio Technical College.
"The organization’s manufacturing capabilities, branding, marketing, and robust supply chain position Telwin’s offerings in the North American market is top-tier. I’m excited to be part of it!," said Morgan.

The appointment comes as the Italian multinational industrial welding company struggles with new barriers facing European companies operating in U.S. In his post, Spillere noted that the company was determined to build its presence throughout the Trump presidency, even as other firms turn toward more accessible markets.
“At a time when uncertainty and tariffs are holding many back, Telwin is choosing to move forward. We believe in long-term vision over short-term fear, and we’re investing in people, in innovation, and in the future of the industry on this side of the Atlantic.”
“The US remains the world’s most strategic and dynamic market. And with top-quality products and a growing local team, Telwin is here to make an impact.”
