Hollander Training Summit coming to OARA Convention

Hollander has announced it will hold six regional Training Summit events in 2017.

Minneapolis, Minnesota — February 15, 2017 — Hollander has announced the first two of six planned regional Hollander Training Summit events the company will conduct in 2017.

The first Summit will be in Atlanta on Saturday, March 18, 2017, and the second in Toronto on Saturday, April 1, 2017. The remaining four events will be announced shortly.

The Toronto event is Hollander’s first Summit in Canada, and will be part of the 2017 OARA Convention & Trade Show.
Adapted from its popular annual training and networking event, Hollander began conducting regional Summits in 2015 to bring product training, best practices and networking to additional recyclers across North America.

“We’ve been thrilled with the response we’ve gotten from our regional Summit events. One of the questions I get most from recyclers is ‘When are you coming to town?’ – and that’s why we keep doing them,” says Chris Budion, Vice President of Sales for Hollander. “They’re an outstanding forum for recyclers to get high-quality training, informed answers about technology and great networking, all from a convenient location that won’t keep them away from their operations for too long.”

The regional Summits include personalized training on many Hollander systems, including Hollander Powerlink, Production Management and EDEN, as well as Hollander eLink and eBay in some locations. Each Summit features nearly a dozen educational sessions, which include practical tips and proven best practices for using Hollander solutions to manage inventory and yards more efficiently and profitably.

Training is provided by Hollander’s sales and support experts, with hundreds of combined years of product experience. Sessions are geared to users at every skill level and range from Inventory to Cores to Production Management and more.

During the event, Hollander will also preview features and functionality of its soon-to-be-released Powerlink 3.0 yard management system.
Attendees can check out new technologies at Hollander’s aptly named Technology Test Drive Center. There they’ll have the opportunity to try out new software and other tools for running their yards. Hollander’s IT experts will be on hand to answer technical questions and provide technology advice.

Registration for the Hollander Training Summits is available at hollandersolutions.com/events.
