eMarketing Sherpas launches new Facebook apps for collision repair facilities

eMarketing Sherpas has released new applications that the company says can help you make the most of your social media.

Poway, California — March 15, 2016 — Your collision centre may have a Facebook page, but it is really helping your business? Social media is a vital marketing tool, but there’s more to using it correctly than simply making sure the page is updated frequently.

Automotive consultancy eMarketing Sherpas has announced the release of four new Facebook apps that the company says are designed to help autobody shops and collision repair facilities turn their existing Facebook pages into tools for referral, lead, sales and review generation. The new Appointment Request, Digital Deals, Review and Ratings and Review Auto-Post apps are now available in The Demand Engine CRM Suite and can be added to a shop’s Facebook page quickly.

“Facebook has more than one billiion daily users that spend at least 40 minutes per day on Facebook. If an auto body or repair shop is going to be successful marketing to, selling and servicing avid Facebook users they need to make it easy for those users to interact with their business via Facebook,” says Frank Terlep, CEO of eMarketing Sherpas. “Our new Facebook apps make it simple for a shop to receive Facebook generated appointment requests, create and disribute special promotions on their shop’s Facebook page and receive, auto-post and present online reviews from all major consumer review sites.”

According to eMarketing Sherpas, The Demand Engine Facebook Appointment Request app makes it easy to request an appointment via the shop’s Facebook page. It delivers the appointment request immediately to selected shop personnel and allows the shop to reply immediately while tracking and reporting on every appointment request.

The Demand Engine Facebook Digital Deals app allows a business to create, share, capture and manage any special offers and coupons they want to distribute via their Facebook page. The Digital Deals app allows a shop to see who downloads a “deal,” control how long and how many “deals” they want to offer and track “deal” redemptions and revenue while adding prospects to the marketing database.

The Demand Engine Reviews and Ratings app simplifies the process of viewing and posting reviews on YELP, Google, YP.com and more. The Demand Engine Review Auto-Post app automatically posts online reviews with four stars or above to a shop’s Facebook page.
