Collision Repair Matchmaking: New Subaru shop locator to help drivers find best-equipped facility for repairs

Toronto, Ontario — Subaru drivers in need of a fix have a new one-stop-shop at their disposal as the Japanese OEM’s Canadian division has launched a new website to help connect drivers with Subaru Certified Collision Repair Network-affiliated facilities.

Subaru drivers can now look up not just the nearest certified repair facility, but the one best-equipped to complete the job at hand, via a new online shop locator, linked within the automaker’s repair network website.

“Our partnership with Certified Collision Care and new online resources reinforce Subaru Canada’s dedication to providing the highest quality service and repair for all Subaru customers,” said Subaru Canada v-p of after sales and IT and business services, Floyd Jones.

“We are also pleased that it provides the Canadian Subaru dealer network another valuable tool to deliver on commitments to their customers throughout the ownership lifecycle.”

Subaru’s press release, which announced the website launch on Monday, expressed that giving its customers access to direct OEM-led repairs can provide for a vehicle a “substantial impact on its final appearance, performance, and most importantly, on its structural integrity and the onboard technologies.”

Subaru first announced plans to launch a certified collision centre program around this time last year.
