Car-O-Liner has set aside a dedicated area of its booth at the SEMA Show to showcase equipment used to repair new metals in the collision repair industry.
The Car-O-Liner booth is located in the North Hall, Booth #10639, of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Live, interactive demonstrations of solutions for the repair of new metals include the company’s new PNP90 Rivet Tool, the latest MIG welder CMI3000II, as well as a complete repair bay display.
Car-O-Liner’s new PNP90 riveting tool is a pneumatic-hydraulic solution for riveting thin sheet metal structures. Car-O-Liner says the equipment’s universal technology enables adaption of various attachments for different applications, is easy to use, lightweight and highly efficient for fast repairs. The MIG welder CMI3000II is designed to meet the future demands for new metals with enhanced digital features and is environmentally friendly through the use of low-energy components.
A presentation in the booth on Estimating and Repair Planning held on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. highlighted the ways in which new metals have changed collision force dynamics. The repair process must be planned in a whole new way. “Energy Management” is the key focus of concern. Car-O-Liner will run the presentation again on Thursday at 2:30 p.m.
With a booth theme of ‘The Road To Repair,’ visitors to the Car-O-Liner booth will take part in an interactive repair experience as they travel through the display. We look forward to showing you how your partnership with Car-O-Liner offers you the complete repair solution, said Doug Bortz, National Sales Manager for Car-O-Liner Company.
