Montreal, Quebec — Progi is proud to announce the addition of two major partners to its OEM Certifications feature in ProgiSync: Consolidated Collision Services (CCS) and Wawanesa Insurance.
Launched last fall, the OEM Certification feature is designed to showcase collision expertise by displaying OEM certifications to insurance and network partners in ProgiSync. The feature is designed to help collision centres more accurately promote and display their qualifications, while insurers can assign work more efficiently to qualified repair shops. The ultimate goal of the feature is to promote increased efficiency in the collision repair sector.
CCS is the first collision repair network to adopt the functionality for all its certified locations.
“CCS jumped at the opportunity to be the first collision network to partner with Progi and utilize OEM Certification in ProgiSync for all our certified locations,” said Mike Beier, general manager at CCS.
“We believe showcasing our advanced OE certifications gives us a distinct advantage and demonstrates to our partners that we are committed to being a leader in the adaptation of new technology to improve claims processes and outcomes.”
Among insurers, Progi adds that Wawanesa’s partners have been benefitting from ProgiSync’s OEM certification functionalities since the start of April. Other insurers will be joining soon, noted the company.
A recent improvement to the feature, developed in collaboration with OEConnection, now enables CCC certifications to be integrated automatically, without the intervention of the shop or insurer.
“In addition to making administrative tasks, more efficient, this integration ensures that certification data is accurate and compliant,” emphasized Normand Séguin, an OEConnection business development consultant for Quebec.
